Front end build
The design shipped as working code, not a handoff file.
A handoff file is an estimate of the design. The build is the design. Shipping both from one place removes the round of translation where spacing drifts, states go missing, and the thing that reviewed well becomes something else in production.
Output is real HTML and CSS, or components in the framework you already run. Responsive down to small phones, keyboard navigable, focus visible, and reduced motion respected, because those are baseline rather than an accessibility phase scheduled for later.
Performance is part of the build. Fonts, images, and scripts are budgeted rather than discovered at launch.
